How It Works

Gold Star Pro now includes AI Schedule for Conversation Emails. Instead of guessing when your contacts are most likely to read, reply or take action, AI analyzes their past engagement patterns and chooses the best possible time within a window you set.

You choose a time window. AI studies when each recipient typically engages. Within that window, the system automatically selects the moment that gives your email the highest chance of being opened or replied to. If no engagement data exists, the email sends at the next available moment in your chosen window.

This feature currently supports sub accounts using LC Email or Mailgun providers.

How to Use

1. Compose your Conversation Email.

2. Click the scheduling option and choose AI Schedule.

3. Set the time window for when your email may be sent.

4. Confirm and the system will optimize delivery for each recipient individually.

If a recipient has engagement data, AI tailors the send time. If there is none, the message sends immediately when the window begins.
